Frequently asked questions

When will my pre-order ship?

As a small independent brand, every TGIA Collection piece is made during our pre-order production run. This allows us to be intentional with what we create and avoid unnecessary waste.

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production and shipping after the pre-order window closes. We deeply appreciate your patience as we prepare each order and launch our very first collection.

You'll receive email updates throughout the process, and we'll make sure you're informed from production to delivery.

Do you ship outside Canada?

We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our email list to be the first to know.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Please contact us at hello@yhwhco.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate requests before your order goes into production.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.
