Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders All current orders placed with YHWH Co. are pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you agree that your payment is collected at the time of purchase and production begins shortly after confirmation.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order
  • After 24 hours, your order may have already entered production and cannot be cancelled
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [your email] with your order number

Refunds

  • If your cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Once production has begun, we are unable to offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time due to the made-to-order nature of our products

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and we will make it right.
