By visiting our store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers of YHWH Co. ("we", "us", "our") operating at yhwhco.myshopify.com. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production partners. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and print processes.

3. Pre-Orders All current orders are processed as pre-orders. Payment is collected at checkout. Estimated fulfillment is 2–4 weeks from order date. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this timeline.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Payment We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

6. Cancellations & Refunds Please refer to our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for full details on cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.

7. Shipping We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. Local Meetup For GTA customers who select local meetup at checkout, we will contact you via email to arrange a pickup location. We are not liable for any issues arising from the meetup arrangement.

9. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, and content on this store are the property of YHWH Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
